How can I ask a question about my submitted Low Income Ticket application?

If you submitted a complete application (which included uploading proof of finances) and received a copy of your application in your confirmation email, we ask that you hold tight for eight (8) weeks from the date you applied before contacting us to inquire about your status. 

If it's been eight (8) weeks, or if you have other questions, please email us with your full name, and the email address you used on your application and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
